Birthday Party Package Includes:

  • Admission to ExplorationWorks for up to 15 children (and up to 10 adults) for the duration of your party

  • Party room rental for 1.5 hours

Guests

Birthday Party Package includes admission for up to 15 children (and up to 10 adults) for the duration of your party. Guests arriving early and/or staying after the party will require proof of membership or paid daily admission.

Please note that due to fire code regulations, our party room can accommodate a maximum of 30 guests total—this includes adults, children, and infants. No exceptions will be granted, so please plan accordingly.

To ensure a smooth and fun experience, we also ask that at least two adults remain present to help supervise the children throughout the party, this includes both floors of exhibit space. A ratio of 1 adult per 5 kids is strongly encouraged. All kids attending birthday parties must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

When guests arrive, parents must check-in at the front desk. All guests (including adults) will be given a wristband.

Party Room

The party room is located on the main floor and will be rented out for 1.5 hours. The party room includes tables, chairs, tablecloths, and trash bins. You are encouraged to bring your own food, beverages, and decorations. Note that the party room does not include access to a refrigerator or freezer; please plan ahead before bringing frozen foods. All food, beverages, and decor must remain in the party room. This includes balloons, party favors, gifts, etc.

Reservations

Full payment at the time of booking is required to reserve your party date. No refunds will be issued.

Birthday parties are held on Saturdays and Sundays from:

  • 10:30am—12:00pm

  • 1:00—2:30pm

  • 3:15—4:45pm

For best availability, please make your reservations 3-4 weeks in advance.

  • Non-Members: $275
